Compose your message

Your message is ready to send. Edit any part of it before you send. A message in your own words carries more weight than one that reads as a template.

Subject line

Tip: replace the bracketed lines with your own details, or fill in the form below and they fill in automatically. The subject line is copied at the top of your message so you can paste it into a form's subject field.

2

Enter your info

Your address identifies the correct congressional offices. It is not stored, saved, or shared.

Some congressional web forms require an email to submit your message.

Your message is copied. Click each office below to open their contact form and paste your message. Each button copies the message again so it is fresh for that office.

And your two U.S. Senators:

This is a constituent advocacy resource. Messages are sent by you, directly, through each member's official government contact form. SLP to CAA does not submit, store, or transmit your message on your behalf and is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any congressional office.

The lookup is down, but you can still act

The Library of Congress database is currently down for maintenance. You can still support this campaign. Follow the three steps below to send your message manually through the official government directories.

1
Copy your message

This copies both your subject header and letter text at once.

2
Open the directory

Clicking this opens the official government list in a new tab. Find your state or zip code on their list, then click your representative's name to open their specific contact page.

3
Paste and submit

Once you are on your representative's official contact form, simply click inside their subject box and paste, then click inside their message box and paste. Hit send, and you're done!
